Studio Policies & Terms
Deposits & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a forfeited deposit. New deposits will be required for subsequent bookings.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the best results for all clients, please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding this time may be subject to cancellation and loss of deposit to maintain our daily schedule.
Previous Tattoo Work
If you have previous PMU work from another artist, a clear photo must be submitted for approval before booking. Correction work is specialized and may require additional sessions or consultation.
Health Restrictions
Permanent makeup is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or nursing. Please consult your physician if you have underlying medical conditions or are taking blood-thinning medications before booking.
Results & Refunds
Healed results vary for every individual based on skin type and aftercare. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Any necessary touch-ups should be booked within the recommended timeframe.
Guest Policy
To maintain a clinical environment and for the safety of all, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment. Our studio space is strictly reserved for the client and artist.

Previous Tattoo Work
If you have previous permanent makeup work from another studio, you must send clear photos for approval before booking. We cannot guarantee coverage or color correction without assessing the existing saturation and skin health.
Health Restrictions
Permanent makeup is not suitable for those who are pregnant or nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, or using blood-thinning medications. Please consult your physician and our clinical guide for a full list of contraindications.
Results & Refunds
Healed results vary per client depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Beauty by Pratts does not offer refunds on services rendered. We aim for artisanal precision, but the final outcome is a collaborative process between artist and skin.

Deposits & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Please ensure you select the correct service type as deposits are non-transferable between artists or services.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. One reschedule is permitted per deposit if requested within the eligible timeframe. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
Late Arrivals
We strive to stay on schedule for every client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid impacting subsequent bookings, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan your commute accordingly to arrive on time for your clinical brow transformation.
Previous Tattoo Work
If you have previous microblading or eyebrow tattooing from another artist, you MUST send clear photos for approval before booking. Not all previous work can be covered or corrected. Booking without prior approval may result in a cancelled appointment and loss of deposit if the work cannot be performed.
Health Restrictions
Permanent makeup is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing chemotherapy. Certain medical conditions or medications (such as blood thinners or Accutane) may require a doctor's note or a waiting period. Please consult your physician and inform us of any health concerns before your procedure.
Results & Refunds
While we use professional-grade pigments and precise clinical techniques, individual results vary based on skin type, health, and aftercare compliance. Permanent makeup is an art, not an exact science. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Touch-up appointments are recommended to achieve and maintain optimal results.
Guest Policy
To maintain a clinical and sterile environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment. Our studio space is focused on providing a calm and focused atmosphere for both the artist and the client during the delicate pigment application process.
