Cancellation Policy

The Essential Studio Policies 1. Deposits & Booking Fees "A non-refundable scheduling fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your total balance on the day of your procedure. Appointments are not confirmed until this deposit is received." 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations "We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to show up to your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again." 3. Late Arrivals "Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your procedure without rushing. In this case, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited." 4. Previous Permanent Makeup "If you have previous cosmetic tattooing from another artist, you must email us clear, well-lit photos of your bare brows before booking an appointment. Not all previous work can be covered or corrected. If you book an appointment without prior approval and we cannot work over your existing tattoo, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited." 5. Health Restrictions (Contraindications) "For your safety, we cannot perform procedures on clients who are: under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing, prone to keloid scarring, or currently undergoing chemotherapy. Please review our full list of medical contraindications prior to booking." 6. Guarantees & Refunds "Because permanent makeup involves breaking the skin, healed results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. While we use the highest quality pigments and techniques, we cannot guarantee an exact healed result. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on services rendered." 7. Guest Policy "To maintain a sterile, distraction-free clinical environment, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. No guests, children, or pets are permitted in the procedure room."
